We built our AI Photo Booth from the ground up because we wanted a photo booth experience that felt intentional from start to finish, not just in how the images look, but in how people interact with it and with each other.
At its core, it combines professional photography hardware with AI-driven creativity to create images guests genuinely enjoy seeing and sharing. But what changes the experience isn’t just the result, it’s the process.
Each image is generated as its own unique creation. Even when guests choose the same style or prompt, the outcome isn’t identical. There’s a short pause while the image comes together, and during that pause, people naturally lean in and wait to see what appears.
That moment of anticipation ends up being just as important as the image itself.
It usually begins with a moment of recognition.
Someone notices an image on the rear display. A familiar face captured in an ultra-realistic portrait, standing on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with their name etched into a star beneath their feet. Dressed for the occasion and posed as if they’re celebrating a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
The spectator pauses and curiosity is sparked. A nearby guest looks over, a comment is made and a smile follows. Interest spreads through the room. The excitement builds naturally as guests see what’s being created and imagine themselves stepping into that scene next.
This is the atmosphere the AI booth was designed to create.
The AI Photo Booth was designed and created in-house as a single, unified system. It brings together a professional photo studio, AI-driven creative processing, and an on-site photo lab into one thoughtfully designed tower.
Every element exists to support the overall experience — from how guests interact with the screen, to how images are revealed, to how prints feel once they’re in hand. When paired with the optional 50-inch slideshow display and light column combo, the booth’s presence makes a noticeable impact on the overall atmosphere of the event, generating curiosity and encouraging participation.
A major part of how the booth functions within an event comes down to its dual-screen design.
The front display is an interactive, 27” portrait-oriented touchscreen used by guests during their session. The rear display, also a large portrait-oriented 27” screen, continuously showcases a slideshow of AI-generated images created throughout the event.
That rear screen changes how the booth is experienced. Guests who aren’t actively using the booth are drawn in by the images being displayed. Conversations start naturally as people react to what they see, compare styles, and imagine what they might create themselves. Over time, the slideshow becomes its own form of entertainment — something guests watch, talk about, and return to.
This unique feature extends beyond the user experience and becomes a shared visual element within the event. It inspires participation, sparks ideas, and adds an additional layer of engagement that continues even when guests aren’t directly interacting with the booth.
Guests receive lab-quality, full size 4×6 prints generated and printed on site during the event. Each print is produced in approximately 15 seconds, giving guests a physical photo they can take with them immediately. These prints aren’t treated as a novelty add on. They become keepsakes and event favors guests genuinely want to hold onto.
In addition to printed photos, guests can receive their images digitally via QR code, allowing them to receive, save and share their photos right away. The original images are also preserved, ensuring the experience extends beyond the moment itself.
Together, the prints and digital delivery give guests something tangible, something shareable, and something memorable. All created in real time!
The AI booth becomes more than a place to take photos. It adds a visual and social anchor, something guests notice, talk about, and return to throughout the night. The combination of live imagery, physical prints, and shared viewing creates a rhythm that builds naturally, adding energy without pulling focus or needing explanation. Your guests will be impressed and sharing their experience throughout the night and beyond!
Having been in this industry and serving the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas since 2009, we’ve seen photo booths change in a lot of ways. We’ve been actively involved in pushing those changes forward. Our focus has always been on excellence, not just in how things look, but in how they’re built, maintained, and presented. Our equipment is kept in like-new condition, our setups are thoughtfully designed, and our experiences are carefully refined.
From being early adopters of mirror booths, to among the first in the Cincinnati area to offer 360 booths, and now introducing AI-powered photo booth experiences, innovation has been a consistent part of how we operate. The AI Photo Booth is simply the next step in a long history of building experiences that raise expectations while staying grounded in real-world events.
Because the experience is driven by custom AI prompts, the booth isn’t locked into a single look, theme, or backdrop. Instead, it adapts to the event it’s part of. Whether that means cinematic portraits, stylized illustrations, fantasy-inspired visuals, or something playful and unexpected, the creative direction can shift entirely based on the prompt design. This makes the booth especially well suited for events where personality, theme, or storytelling matter — from Comic-Con–style gatherings and anime or cosplay events, to themed parties, pop-culture celebrations, and creative brand experiences. Seasonal events like Halloween, Christmas and holiday parties, Valentine’s Day, and New Year’s Eve also lend themselves naturally to this format, with visuals that feel tailored rather than generic.
For event planners, teams, and organizers, that flexibility translates into something practical as well. A single booth can support a wide range of event types without requiring physical set changes or multiple photo ops. Youth sports banquets, little league teams, school events, fundraisers, and community celebrations can all be customized with prompts that reflect team identity, colors, or themes. Corporate events and brand activations benefit in the same way, with visuals designed specifically for the audience and setting. In many cases, the AI Booth can replace larger, static photo installations — delivering a similar visual impact in a more adaptable, space-conscious format.

Joey Zhang - Interesting read about AI photo booths for weddings! The magazine-themed wedding cover concept is such a fun idea - guests would love taking home a customized keepsake like that. We've seen a similar trend with couples using SceneYou art to generate AI wedding photos before their big day. It's crazy how they can preview different styles without doing actual shoots. Your point about AI-powered booths adding a modern twist to traditional wedding entertainment is spot on!
