MODEL RELEASE

All guests using the photo booth hereby give to the Signature Photo Booth LLC: The right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless the Signature Photo Booth LLC from any liability that may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

We realize that some clients may wish to have their event photos remain private. We'd love to use your photos on our website, but understand your privacy.

DIGITAL COPY & ONLINE GALLERY RELEASE


Digital Copies are uploaded to and accessible via DropBox. All the media created during the rental session will be uploaded to a DropBox folder within 72 hours and be available for at least 30 days. Your Digital Copy will be password protected with its own unique password. Anyone with this password will have access to all media within that gallery.  It is the Clients responsibility to inform the Signature Photo Booth LLC if you have a guest who would oppose to having their media uploaded. Signature Photo Booth LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by any uploaded content. If a guest decides they are not comfortable with their uploaded content you may request to have it pulled by contacting us at rental@signaturephotobooth.com to complete this request.  Signature Photo Booth LLC will make every effort to remove the requested content as promptly as possible. The Digital Copy doubles as the Online Gallery if you choose to share the link and password with your guests.
